Hello there!
I’m Apra and this is my story. It’s time you got to know me better!

Early struggles
I have always been a healthy individual even as a kid, but I had the tendency to put on weight easily, especially whenever I left home for education or professional reasons. Over time, I tried various diets such as GM/Keto or endless cardio routines, but even though I lost some weight, it would always come back sooner than I hoped for.

Facing My Heaviest Self.
My lowest point was when I was diagnosed with early onset of chondromalacia patella in January 2020, when I was barely 30. Under the lack of right guidance, I stopped walking and running, thinking it would reduce the pain and inflammation. However, combined with the effects of prolonged lockdown in 2020-2021, I soon met my heaviest self. .
My lifestyle didn’t just impact my weight, but also my face, which was now filled with acne. I lost my self-esteem during this time and avoided socializing or getting clicked completely
Fighting My Genetic Destiny
I remember days when I thought that being obese was my genetic destiny, and I should accept myself just the way I am. But not being able to hike or run was completely unacceptable for me, and September 18th, 2020 was the day when I decided to take charge of my health and fitness levels.

How did I transform my life?
I started with small modifications first in my diet and later in my activity level. I began with few 20-min walks around the house, and that too seemed like running a marathon for the first month.
Although these changes made me feel good about myself, they didn’t actually manifest into remarkable results in terms of my weight or reduction in my knee pain.
However staying focused on the diet plan and adherent to workout in long run brought considerable change in my weight, energy levels and other health parameters.
There is always a purpose and plan in our lives, and everything happens for a reason. -
