Karthik Nagarajan
Senior Health, Fitness and Lifestyle Coach
“Karthik got six-pack abs at 34 while eating dosai, sambhar, and rice.”
As a stay-at-home dad and former project manager, Karthik cracked what most fitness programs miss: sustainable transformation happens when you treat fitness like a dial you adjust with life, not an on-off switch. He achieved his six packs with no keto, no endless gym hours, no abandoning his cultural identity – just smart training for two hours weekly. Since then, his “All or Something” method has helped hundreds of busy parents and professionals escape the motivation-burnout-guilt cycle.
A certified Nutrition and Fitness Consultant, Karthik proves you don’t need treadmill marathons or food guilt to build your dream body. At Qubit, he brings honest, no-nonsense coaching that resonates with anyone tired of advice designed for people with personal chefs and unlimited time. He gets it because he’s lived it – juggling parenthood, responsibilities and wanting to look good in a polo T-shirt.
One more thing — Karthik loves talking about cricket and movies besides fitness. Bring your own popcorn!

Jeh Lekhi
Master Personal Trainer
“When he is not training clients, he is probably fine-tuning a DIY workout plan or laughing at fitness myths online.”
Jeh didn’t start in fitness; he stumbled into it after nearly breaking himself in the name of “health.” At one point, he lost 35 kilos by running up to four hours a day and barely eating. He looked fit on the outside but felt wrecked inside. That crash-and-burn became his turning point.
Determined to understand health the right way, Jeh ditched the fad-driven chaos and dove into the science of movement and nutrition. He earned certifications as an FTI Master Functional Trainer, ISSA Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist – and spent the last seven years training 500+ clients through Cult, HealthifyMe, and his own global online coaching practice.
At Qubit, Jeh is the voice of calm reason in a sea of wellness noise. His philosophy is simple: no punishment, no guilt, no magic shortcuts – just smart training, balanced nutrition, and long-term consistency. He is the guy who will help you understand why “one more rep” isn’t always the answer, and how to get results without hating your life.

Krishna Priya
Strength Coach
“Her definition of versatility includes strength training, endurance, and casually earning a black belt post motherhood.”
Krishna Priya’s path to fitness was guided by purpose. She found her way into it after nearly a decade in IT, searching for something more and meaningful. She had always been active, from school sports to running half marathons after marriage and even earning a black belt in karate as a mother. But despite her activity, she struggled with her relationship with food and her body.
Strength training gave her direction and discipline she hadn’t experienced before. Through structured training and better nutrition, she lost weight after nearly 20 years, building muscle and gaining clarity.
An ankle fracture later taught her that strength isn’t about doing more but listening, adapting, and rebuilding with intent. This experience deeply shapes how she coaches today. She started as a Strength Coach at The Quad and spent four years working with hundreds of people. She is also a NESTA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, has completed 13 half marathons and multiple 100k+ cycling rides, and is currently deepening her work through Precision Nutrition and GGS Menopause & Perimenopause specialisations.
She works with both men and women, but her heart lies in helping women prioritise themselves, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies without guilt or extremes. She believes in simple training done well, nourishment without obsession, and becoming stronger both physically and mentally.

Maitreyi Ashok
Client Success Manager
“Her friends were her first guinea pigs in a community driven fitness experiment.”
Maitreyi spent five years in biotech labs decoding molecules, co-authored a patent, and then realized the most fascinating experiments aren’t in petri dishes – they are in humans trying to eat one vegetable a day without making a sad face.
At Qubit, she translates intimidating neuroscience into everyday strategies that actually fit into your Tuesday evening slump. She believes in science-backed methods, community-fueled motivation and zero tolerance for wellness fluff. If a method doesn’t work in real life, she throws it out of the window.
She designs challenges that make the Qubit community actually want to show up, writes thoughtful health content on LinkedIn and Substack, and somehow manages to run both community experiments and marathons without combusting.
When not plotting the next brain–body revolution, she is probably running, listening to performance podcasts, or accidentally turning her friends into case studies.
